This webinar will cover how changes to the law will impact employer obligations and detail how workplace sexual harassment, sex discrimination and victimisation are prevented and addressed. We’ll be exploring the new amendments made to the Fair Work Act 2009 regarding sexual harassment in the workplace and what this means for employers, as well as looking at how to manage sexual harassment in the workplace. We will also take a look at the Respect@Work Council initiative and what they are currently doing in this space.
