Our 2024 services model offers flexible options to suit your needs and preferences. We have designed this model to cater to clients who have varying levels of engagement and involvement with our organisation - from simple HR advice to more complex support and legal counsel. This model aligns with our commitment to providing high-quality services and benefits to our clients while also being affordable and accessible.

Each package include bundled services for common matter types. There is no requirement to select your packaged services in advance which allows you to choose services as you go that suit your organisation’s needs. Click on the listed services below for a more detailed description.

CER will act as your investigator or provide advice to your internal investigator on matters including misconduct, harassment, bullying and reportable conduct.

Assistance in managing employee terminations including legal advice regarding risks and options, drafting of show cause and termination letters and other support up to and including the termination of employment.

Advice and assistance on performance and conduct, including drafting performance improvement plans, employee correspondence and providing legal advice regarding risks and options.

Advice and assistance, including drafting necessary correspondence including directions to provide medical reports and directions to attend medical examinations, and providing legal advice regarding risks and options.

Management of claims and disputes filed in the Fair Work Commission or other tribunals, including flexible work disputes, discrimination, bullying and sexual harassment claims, unfair dismissal and general protections claims. This includes acting as your legal representative, drafting employer responses, representation up to conciliation or mediation, legal advice regarding risks and options, and negotiating settlement. Representation for matters that proceed beyond the Fair Work Commission or tribunal will be charged on a fee for service basis.

Bespoke face to face or virtual training on a range of workplace relations matters, including workplace investigations, reportable conduct, managing ill and injured employees and performance management.

Review, amendment and bespoke drafting of workplace policies, procedures and contracts of employment to ensure that your documents fit your organisational needs and comply with relevant legislation. We can also undertake an audit of your organisation policies to identify policy gaps. Template policies are available on the member portal for download and adaptation.

Providing qualified mediation services and facilitated workplace discussions for disputes between employees, or other stakeholders such as parents.

CER portal
The CER portal is a ‘one-stop- shop’ for all the information you need at your fingertips. As a subscription benefit, you have exclusive access to a wide range of resources in a centralised location. Subscribers can view and edit personal information and preferences so that they are notified when new resources, updates and training are available in your area of interest. Our resource library of templates, policies and guidelines are available to download and new content is added on a weekly basis.
Being a CER subscriber means you have a support team with legal expertise with you all the way.
